UK shipping is by Royal Mail 1st class at £3.40 per order for orders up to £12.99. For £13.00 and above shipping is £4.45 per order and will be sent 1st Class Signed For. Larger parcels may be sent MyHermes.
You may also select 2nd class at £2.90 per order for orders up to £12.99. For £13.00 and above shipping is £3.95 per order and will be sent 2nd Class Signed For. Larger parcels may be sent MyHermes.
Overseas shipping starts at £5.95 for European Union countries and £8.95 elsewhere but more if it is a large order.
All Puchi Petwear items will be shipped overseas at £15.
If you wish to use Next Day Special delivery please let me know using the contact form.
We will endeavour to ship your purchases within 24 hours but custom printed items will be dispatched within 5-7 days days of ordering.
Returns & Refunds
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
You may return your purchase for a refund by going to My Acccount and requesting a return. Alternatively you may contact us by telephone on 01242 321556.
Please note some Puchi Petwear items are hand finished to order and are NOT returnable.
Goods should be returned to Luv Dogs, 29b All Saints Villas Road Cheltenham GL52 2HB. ANY POSTAGE AND PACKING COSTS INCURRED ON RETURNED ITEMS ARE FOR THE BUYERS ACCOUNT AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
Please note that Puchi Petwear items will need to be returned direct to Puchi (please email me first for instructions) and will incur a £3.50 charge for re-posting - therefore please make sure you measure your dog before ordering.
Bespoke items returns policy
Any problems with any part of an order must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, or the following Monday morning if your order was delivered on a Friday.
As Personalised products are a bespoke service, any items that are delivered in good condition may not be refunded or exchanged. Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned bespoke items that have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.
Full refunds or exchanges will be made for any items lost or damaged during transit. To qualify please keep all packaging as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of the item arriving.
We advise all customers to sign, "NOT CHECKED" with the carrier if you have any doubts about damage upon delivery.
